4 small Naan
2 Tbsps olive oil
cup sun-dried tomato paste
1 ½ cups canned Pineapple (drained)
8 slices Parma ham (torn)
1 cup Mozzarella (grated)
2 scallions (finely sliced)
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200° fan)|425F|gas 7.
2.
Brush the naan breads with olive oil and top with teaspoons of the sun-dried tomato paste, chunks of pineapple, and slices of ham.
3.
Sprinkle over the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Slice onto a large baking tray.
4.
Bake for 5 - 7 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
5.
Remove from the oven and serve with a garnish of spring onion on top.
