4 Steak (about 8 oz each)
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 sprigs rosemary
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Brush steaks with oil and top with rosemary sprigs. Grill, brushing with the remaining oil, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, turn steaks and grill 2-3 minutes more. Sprinkle with salt and cook to desired degree of doneness.

2.

Just before removing steaks from grill, season with pepper.
