- 8 small fish fillets (e. g. sea bream)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- wooden Skewer
- Oil
- In addition
- 2 cups Arugula (washed and trimmed)
- 2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- 1 small Radicchio (washed and trimmed)
- 4 Tbsps Vinaigrette
- Lime wedge (to garnish)

Drizzle lemon juice over the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Thread the fish onto wooden skewers. Brush with oil and broil on a hot broiler for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Arrange the mixed salad onto plates, drizzle some of the dressing over the salad and place the fish on the top. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
