100 grams softened butter
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
2 generous pinches Red pepper flakes
2 generous pinches Celery salt
8 Sweet corn (blanched)
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the garlic, butter, paprika, chili flakes, and celery salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 

2.

Grill the corn on all sides for 5-6 minutes, until lightly browned. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Remove from the grill and serve with the chili butter.
