1 handful Kale
1 Apple
¾ oz ginger
4 stalks mint
2 Tbsps Lime juice
2 Tbsps tender Oats

Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and shake dry the spinach and kale. Clean, wash and core the apple and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the ginger. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.

2.

Put 14-ounces of water, lime juice, 1 ½ tbsp. oat flakes, apple, ginger, spinach, cabbage, and half of the mint leaves into a blender jug. Puree everything together very finely. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, sprinkle with remaining oat flakes, and serve with remaining mint leaves.
