8 sticks Celery (peeled and chopped)
2 Avocados (pitted and diced)
1 large Cucumber (diced)
1 Lime (juiced)
mint
1 cup Almond milk
1 cup plain Yogurt
salt
½ cup crushed Ice

Preparation steps

Combine the celery, avocado, cucumber, lime juice, and most of the mint leaves with the milk, plain yoghurt, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, and then add the crushed ice.
3.
Stir well and blend for a further minute until smooth.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve with a garnish of mint.
