4 cups Apple juice
½ inch fresh ginger (roughly chopped)
4 Tbsps Ginger ale
2 tsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar
To decorate
thinly sliced Apple

Preparation steps

1.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well.
2.
Press through a sieve into a jug and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
3.
