2 slices Bread (crumbled)
2 Tbsps Yogurt
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Lemon thyme (chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 egg
4 cups Chicken breasts (finely chopped or minced)
white breadcrumbs
sunflower oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the bread with the yogurt and stir in the garlic, chilli, thyme, ginger, egg and the meat. Season with salt. If the mixture is too soft stir in the bread crumbs.
2.
Shape the mixture into 16 mini patties and fry in hot oil on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
