Preparation steps

1.
Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt and ground black pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan and and, once the pan is hot, add the eggs. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Slice the bagels and fill with a slice of cheese, a round serving of scrambled egg (use a round cutter if necessary) and the ham. Serve on plates.
