Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the garlic. Add the garlic and milk to the blender, and mix until foamy. 

2.

With the motor running, gradually incorporate the oil. Add enough oil until the sauce is thickened and creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
