Preparation steps

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces, if necessary. Peel the onions and garlic. Squeeze the garlic and cut the onions into eighths. Squeeze the lemon. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and cut off the leaves.

Heat the oil and saute the mushrooms, onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
