- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (plus more to taste)
- 1 generous pinch sugar
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps

Mix the sour cream with the yogurt and lemon juice until smooth. Peel the garlic then pass through a press into the yogurt mixture.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Chill for at least 30 minutes, then stir thoroughly. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and serve.
