5 cups milk (or water)
1 tsp salt
1 cup dried Apricot (roughly chopped)
1 cup Date (roughly chopped)
1 cup Yogurt (to serve)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the oats in a pan with the milk or water, add the salt and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer gently for 5 - 8 minutes stirring all the time.
2.
Scatter the dried fruit on top of the porridge and serve with yoghurt.
