½ Frisée
120 grams sliced Bacon
400 grams fresh ravioli (refrigerated)
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps White vinegar
100 milliliters Chicken broth

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Cut the bacon cut into thin strips. Cut the ravioli into strips.

2.

Heat the butter in a pan and saute the bacon along with the ravioli until lightly browned, stirring   occasionally. Season with pepper.

3.

Deglaze with the vinegar and the broth. Mix with the frisée and serve immediately.
