Preparation steps

Rinse the frisée and spin dry. Remove any leaves from the raspberries. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Halve the bocconcini. Gently mix the frisée, raspberries, pine nuts, and mozzarella. Place the salad in small glasses. Drizzle the salad with the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Garnish with the basil leaves and serve.
