Preparation steps

Cook farfalle in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, or until al dente. Meanwhile, rinse and halve red pepper, remove seeds and ribs and dice.

Rinse peas, blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse under cold water and drain well. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, slice sausages 4-5 times on each side and fry until dark brown.

Place farfalle in a colander, rinse under cold water and drain well. In a bowl mix farfalle together with red pepper, peas, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sausages with pasta salad garnished with parsley.
