Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C preheat.

Cut pumpkin pulp cut into small cubes. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse thyme, shake dry and pluck off leaves.
