1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
cup lukewarm milk
2 eggs
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps Oil
1 Tbsp butter
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
cup Beef (minced)
cup Pork (minced)
cup Mushrooms (peeled and chopped)
1 egg yolk (beaten)
all-purpose flour (for the work surface)

Preparation steps

1.
Sieve the flour into a bowl and sprinkle the yeast over it. Add the milk, eggs, sugar and 1 tbsp oil and knead to a dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Heat the butter with the remaining oil. Fry the onion and garlic gently. Add the mince and fry until brown and crumbly. Mix in the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425F, gas 7.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles of 6 cm | 2 1/2" diameter. Spoon a small mound of filling onto each circle, fold to make a semi-circle and press the edges down well. Place on a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment and brush with the egg yolk. Let rise for a further 15 minutes.
5.
Bake for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.
