Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) 425°F gas 7.
2.
Drizzle the oil into a 12 hole bun tin and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
3.
Sift the flour into a bowl with the salt.
4.
Whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy and add to the flour. Whisk for about 2 minutes until well blended.
5.
Divide the batter evenly between the tins and bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and golden brown.
