Preparation steps

1.
Hollow out the tomatoes a little using a spoon.
2.
Spread the toast with bread and sprinkle with the chives.
3.
Squash the bottoms of the eggs and place on the toast. Place the tomato halves on top and decorated with mayonnaise dots. Arrange on a plate and chill before serving.
