750 grams starchy potatoes
70 grams melted butter
2 egg yolks
salt

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel potatoes, chop coarsely and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and let evaporate briefly.
