12 slices white bread
200 grams Surimi
½ Cucumber
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the crust from the bread. Slice the surimi and finely chop a little to get 1-2 tablespoons.Peel the cucumber and thinly slice crosswise. Mix together the creme fraiche and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

2.

Spread the creme fraiche over one side of each slice of bread, cover with slices of cucumber and cover half with surimi. Place the remaining slices of bread without surimi, creme fracihe side up on the surimi.  Sprinkle with the chopped surimi and halve diagonally. Arrange on a plate.
