1 ¾ cups Yogurt

½ tsp Chili powder

Preparation

Preparation steps

Wash the spinach and spin dry. Heat the oil in a pan and heat the spinach over a medium heat until it wilts. Let the spinach cool, then puree finely with the yogurt. Season with salt and chili powder. Add a dash of lemon juice if you wish. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Pour into glasses and serve well chilled.
