Preparation steps

1.

Cut the dried fruit into small pieces, place in a bowl with water and leave to soak overnight. The next morning, pour the fruit into a colander and drain, collecting the liquid.

2.

Distribute up to a tablespoon of both cornflakes and the soaked fruits into small bowls or glasses.

Peel the banana, cut into pieces and purée with 4 tablespoons of the fruit water, the lemon juice, the apple syrup and the kefir.

3.

Drizzle the cream over the cereal and Serve showered with the remaining fruit and garnished with mint leaves.
