- 200 milliliters Kefir
- sugar (as desired)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 250 grams Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the kefir with the sugar and lemon juice.
2.
Rinse the raspberries, drain and carefully mix into the kefir.
Distribute into glasses.
3.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden and shower over the raspberry kefir before serving.
