- 100 grams Lettuce
- 1 white onion
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 60 freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful Scented geranium leaf (edible, from the garden)
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the lettuce hearts and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the onion and coarsely chop.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes.
Arrange everything on plates.
4.
For the dressing, combine the oil with the lemon juice and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the geranium leaves and distribute over the salad.
