100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
per 10g Coconut oil (and butter)
40 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Instant espresso powder
30 grams Dark chocolate

Preparation steps

1.

Chop chocolate and coconut oil. Heat cream. Add chocolate, coconut oil and butter. Mix espresso with 3 teaspoons hot water. Add to chocolate mixture and pour into a large mixing bowl. Chill for 2-3 hours.

Mix mixture with the whisk attachment of an electric hand mixer. Pour into a piping bag and pipe small mounds into paper cups. Chill for 1 hour.

3.

Melt dark chocolate over a hot water bath. Spread over a marble slab and dry. Break into pieces and use to decorate chocolate balls. Serve.
