2 Tbsps Mango chutney
1 tsp red Curry paste

5 ozs chicken (thinly sliced)
Napa cabbage (optional)

Preparation steps

Peel, halve and core papaya.

Slice papaya thinly.

Rinse bell pepper, wipe dry, cut into quarters and remove seeds. Cut pepper into thin strips. Rinse scallions, pat dry and thinly slice.

Squeeze juice from lime. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mango chutney, curry paste and 2 teaspoons lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Place tortillas in a preheated oven at 175°F until warmed and pliable.

Place each tortilla on a large piece of plastic wrap and spread a thin layer of cream-cheese mixture on top.

Distribute sliced chicken breast ​​evenly over the tortilla. Top with papaya, bell pepper and scallion.

Roll tortilla up firmly. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist the ends tightly. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

8.

Remove plastic wrap and cut wrap crosswise into slices. Serve with thinly sliced Chinese cabbage, if desired.
