2 Chicken breasts

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Radicchio
300 grams paprika (red and yellow, from the jar)
6 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp small Caper
1 Tbsp chopped oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear in some oil on each side for about 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

2.

Rinse the radicchio, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

3.

Drain the anchovies and peppers and pat them both dry. Chop the peppers smaller if necessary.

4.

For the dressing, combine the vinegar with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the peppers, radicchio, capers and oregano.

Cut the chicken breasts diagonally and serve on plates with the peppers and the anchovies.
