1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Cauliflower (1 kg)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat butter in a pan and saute breadcrumbs until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk sout cream with lemon zest and juice, season with salt and pepper.  

2.

Rinse and dry cauliflower, cut into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, drain well. Sprinkle hot cauliflower with breadcrumbs and serve with sour cream.
