Preparation steps

1.

Toast the buckwheat flour in a dry pan, remove and set aside. Bring 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to a boil in a pot along with the salt. Add the flour, stir well and simmer for about 20 minutes over medium heat.

Stir again, and add the butter gradually. Serve the porridge for breakfast and enjoy with some freshly brewed coffee.
