Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrots and cut into fine sticks. Rinse and trim zucchini and also cut into fine strips. Rinse and trim leeks and cut into rings.

Boil the broth, add vegetables and let it gently simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parsley.

Serve with some fresh bread, as desired.
