Preparation steps
1.
Split the bread rolls.
2.
Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the sausages and bacon until nicely browned.
3.
Fry the eggs in the rest of the oil.
4.
Halve the sausages and pile 2 sausages and 2 slices of bacon on the bottom half of each roll. Add a fried egg to each and sprinkle with parsley. Put the other halves of the rolls on top and serve.
