Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and thinly slice green parts of scallions crosswise into rings. Mix with lemon juice. Rinse and slice tomatoes.

2.

Mix cream cheese with olive oil, lemon juice and scallions. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Lay a few basil leaves on bread slices and spread with cream cheese and scallion mixture. Top with tomato slices and serve garnished with basil leaves.
