2 small Apple
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Whole wheat buns
4 Tbsps Pine nuts (coarsely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix ricotta with cream and honey. 

2.

Peel apples and grate coarsely, add together with lemon juice to ricotta cream, mix well. 

3.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan. 

4.

Cut bread rolls, spread with cream and top with apple slices. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
