2 slices Beef fillet about 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps pickled green peppers (jarred)
50 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sear the fillets for about 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on desired level of doneness. Season with salt and pepper and wrap with aluminum foil to keep warm.  

2.

Melt the butter in the same pan and whisk in the pickled green peppers, heavy cream, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the sauce over the steaks and serve.
