1 tsp freshly chopped ginger
1 egg
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Banana
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Vanilla bean
80 grams Lemon marmalade

Preparation steps

Preheat a convection oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the puff pastry to a rectangle about 20 x 30 cm (approximately 8 x 12 inches). Transfer to the lined baking sheet. Mix the quark with ginger, egg, and sugar until blended, Spread in an even layer over the dough, except for a border about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) around the edges of the dough.

Split the vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds, and add to the lemon marmalade in a small pot. Warm the marmalade over low heat until melted. Let the marmalade cool slightly.
