2 small tart Apple
2 cloves
4 Juniper berries
50 grams chopped Walnut
1 tsp dried marjoram

Preparation steps

1.

Dice the pancetta finely and cook in a saucepan over low heat.

2.

Peel the onions and apples and dice finely. Add to the pan along with the cloves and juniper berries and cook stirring occasionally until the onions are lightly browned and the pancetta is crisp. Stir in the walnuts and marjoram and remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper and let cool.
