1 each onion and garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams Rice
hot Chicken broth
marjoram (and basil to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

Clean mushrooms and rinse under running water. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely, then sauté in a saucepan in oil. Add rice and sauté until translucent.

Pour in hot chicken broth. Cook uncovered over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After half of the cooking time, add the mushrooms and gently mix in. Serve sprinkled with marjoram and basil leaves.
