Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop dried apricots and cashews with a large knife or in a mini processor.

2.

Mix in oats and orange juice to form a paste, adding more juice as needed. 

3.

Shape with hands into walnut-sized balls and flatten slightly between two wafer cookies. UFOs can be refrigerated about 3-4 days in a tightly sealed container.
