Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples and apricots, peel, core and cut into pieces.

Simmer the fruit pieces with 3 tablespoons of water, the sugar, the lemon zest and the spices for a few minutes until the apples are soft and fall apart. Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth, then season to taste and serve hot or cold.
