Natural cloudy apple juice contains a particularly high amount of pectin, which is good for the intestines and has a lasting satiating effect due to its swelling power. Raisins score points with minerals such as calcium and magnesium in concentrated form.

If you use only half of the raisins, the children can nibble a cookie to go with the sweet punch.
