Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fruits in hot water and dry. Pull the lime peel with a zester. Halve the kumquats, cut lemon, orange and grapefruit into small pieces and distribute in an ice cube tray.

Fill with water and place for at least 4 hours in the freezer. Put the finished ice cubes in a pitcher of water and fill with cold soda or carbonated water.
