Preparation steps

Dry roast the pine nuts then remove from the pan and set aside to cool.

Puree the ramsons with the pine nuts, gradually adding the oil until the pesto has a creamy consistency. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Transfer to a jar, cover with oil, screw on the lid and store in the fridge.
