Preparation steps

Rinse bell peppers, quarter, core and dice.

Whisk eggs with the cream and season with salt and ground paprika.

Sauté diced onions and sliced ​​sausage in oil in a large skillet or 4 small frying pans. Add diced bell peppers and pepperoncini, sauté briefly and pour in eggs.
