- 8 slices Whole Grain Rye Rolls
- butter
- 1 Camembert
- 8 slices Turkey ham
- ½ bunch Chives (halved)
- 1 carrot (finely grated)
- Sesame seeds
- parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Spread 4 slices of bread with a little butter. Cut Camembert into thin slices, spread on buttered bread slices and sprinkle each with about 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
2.
Top Camembert with chives, carrots and parsley and top each with 2 slices turkey ham. Place remaining bread slices over turkey ham. Serve sandwiches immediately or pack for a later lunch break.
