2 cups canned, cubed Pineapple (in juice)
2 Mangoes (pitted and finely diced)
1 Lime (juiced)
0.333 cup distilled vinegar
2 Tbsps caster sugar
cilantro (finely chopped)
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

Combine all the ingredients apart from the coriander in a slow cooker.

Cover the cooked with a lid and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring from time to time.
3.
Stir in the coriander and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Spoon into a large jar, leave to cool, and seal well. Chill before serving.
