Preparation steps

Put the papaya and raspberries into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pass through a sieve. Add a little apple juice to thin to the desired consistency.

To make a banana smoothie replace the papaya with 1 small ripe banana. Blend with the raspberries, sieve and then stir in natural yogurt to mix to the desired consistency.

To make a kiwi fruit smoothie, peel and chop 1 small kiwi fruit. Purée together with 1 small banana and mix with natural yogurt to the desired consistency.
