5 Lettuce (rinsed and patted dry)
4 Tomatoes
2 slices Emmentaler cheese
2 slices Blue cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Spread 2 slices od bread with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. On the first slice of bread layer 2-3 lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and Emmentaler cheese. Season with salt and pepper and place the second slice of bread on top.

2.

Top with another layer of lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese. Top with the last piece (without cream cheese) of bread. Stick with a toothpick to hold together.
