- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 pinch sugar

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop. In a small bowl, combine garlic, chopped peppers, lime juice and oil, stirring to incorporate. Stir in the fish sauce and season with a pinch of sugar. Serve with grilled meat or fish.
